Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. At the age of 17, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card in order to earn her degree from college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her result. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel loves working out her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. The warm-up phase is typically done first, followed by the actual training. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. Supersetting all of the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
