Amybeth McNulty (born in Dublin the Irish city of Dublin) is a famous Irish Canadian actress. She is most famous for her role as Anne Shirley from the CBC/Netflix series Anne with an E. The show is based on Lucy Maud Montgomery's novels Anne of Green Gables, published in 1908. Amybeth McNulty grew up in Milford County Donegal Ireland. Her father is Irish and her mother Canadian. Amybeth was born the 7th of November 2001 in Ireland. She will turn twenty. She was born and raised in Donegal the Irish state of Ireland. She is a dual citizen with Irish citizenship as well as Canadian citizenship. Her hair is naturally blonde. Anne has also had a complicated friendship to Gilbert Blythe who was two years younger than Anne and was also studying at her degree after his studies were stopped when his father fell ill. When they first met in school, Gilbert joked with Anne by giving her the nickname Carrots. Amybeth McNulty plays Anne, an orphaned 13-year old who endures a childhood filled with abuse at the homes and orphanages. Anne is forced to live in Prince Edward Island with her aging sister, Marilla and Matthew Cuthbert. The series concludes in 1919, and Gilbert and Anne are still happy. Gilbert is 55 years old, and still affectionate with Anne.
