On September 13 2013 Angelica and her mom went through a successful kidney transplantation surgery in two renowned hospitals just right across from one another- the University Hospital of Memory and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young teenager from Atlanta, who always dreamed of becoming an actress and a singer, is still pursuing this dream.
